Be Happy

When life gives you lemons…

Do you have a
vocabulary for joy?

The language of happiness.

Sometimes we just need to use some new vocabulary to create new states of mind. Living Italian style made all the difference for me so I thought you might enjoy it too. Here are some of my favorite words and phrases.
La Dolce Vita – The Sweet Life
Sprezzatura- Easy grace
Dolce far niente – Sweet to do nothing (BE then think and do)
Ti voglio bene – I want good for you.

Becoming Happy

Having traveled to 35+ countries I have seen people being beautiful in many different ways. Different languages, cultures and values, each with their own passions and each seeking purpose. More
importantly I have seen people struggling to have their basic needs of
food, water, healthcare, and energy be met. I have witnessed people who have been displaced by climate change and conflict. It is hard to be our best self when we don’t feel safe and happy.

That said I find that material gain rarely creates happiness. Indeed material gain may excite the desire for more and thus also create deep suffering. In America it seems that we are trained not to be satisfied for if we were we might stop shopping. I hope to help you find balance, find solutions that work for you and find your true purpose emerge as you become your happiest most embodied self. From there we can serve better, live better and Be Better.

What would GRACE do?

I help you have more GRACE in your life and thus more happiness. Many cultures I see with less material wealth have the elements of GRACE built into their language and culture. Consider GRACE the acronym for Gratitude, Reflection, Acceptance, Creativity & Exercise. GRACE is your primary tool to achieve your highest level of self and service. You can find your BE more easily when you practice GRACE daily.

Coaching you to BE your best you, helps you and your business grow, and that expands our capacity to be of genuine service to society and the planet.

Still open after all these years.
